What's it all about?

We are seeking an engaging individual to support the Global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team and initiatives to implement industry-leading solutions in order to ensure a high level of excellence in this critical function. The Analyst is a role that unlocks the pace of delivery, analysis, AI deployment, insight, and data quality across the ERM footprint.

What we expect of you, day to day:

Support the ERM team in the delivery of the program, to ensure risk management across Visa continues to evolve to support business needs and protect the company.

  • Ensure the ERM program is executed to the highest standard, including insight into the execution of risk assessment, data quality and framework compliance.
  • Execute and support the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes for any functional unit requiring ERM expertise, including quality assurance review of RCSA submissions for consistency in risk identification, control rating, and residual scoring against ERM methodology.
  • Support the development and use of AI-enabled tools to improve the speed and consistency of ERM analysis, scoring, and reporting.
  • Work with risk teams to help identify risks and challenge the effectiveness of the controls.
  • Build and deliver data insights across the ERM scope, notably on aggregate risk reporting, supporting the Senior Director and Director, ERM, to deliver meaningful insights to all levels of the organization, including across Visa's regions (AP, CEMEA, LAC, VEL, NA) and functions.
  • Query and monitor the risk system of record (GoRO) for data quality issues, checking completeness and accuracy of risk, control, and scoring data.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and structure in the ERM documentation across the company, supporting the accountable ERM individuals deliver materials of the highest quality.
  • Support the build and maintenance of interactive risk profile dashboards and reporting tools used to brief senior stakeholders.
  • Support change management, contributing to documentation and execution efforts to conduct change activities across the ERM frameworks, concepts, and technologies.
  • Support the ERM leadership in gathering and drafting business requirements for change execution.
  • Support the preparation of executive-facing risk updates and briefing materials for ERM leadership.

This role is a Hybrid position to be located in our Atlanta, GA office locations. Visarequiresat least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD).
  • 2 years of experience executing risk programs (i.e. Operational, Enterprise, Information Security, Technology, and/or audit programs).
  • Strong knowledge of, or enthusiasm for, AI tools and their application to risk management analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues in a clear, concise and impactful way - turning research and raw data into hard numbers into compelling stories and useful strategic insights to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Working understanding of Global risk regulations.
  • Working experience with GRC tools, including system maintenance and improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and achieving results, with an emphasis on how work is being accomplished.
  • Understanding of internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements applicable to the payments and card industry.
  • Professional accreditation in risk management or AI a bonus.


Information for US Applicants

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $89,200.00 to $ 138,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
