We are looking for Product Manager who will join the NextLabs product management team to assist in effort to expand NextLabs Zero Trust Data Centric Security and policy enforcement product suite. This individual will help in technical investigation, specify requirements for policy enforcement across applications, protocols, and systems, and coordinate cross-functional projects with teams across geographies.

The Product Manager will also participate in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development efforts to position products, train sales force, and cultivate partnerships. This position requires strong technical background and excellent communication skills to take highly technical products and effectively articulate requirements, functional specification, and high-level architecture within the project team and with customers. The successful candidate will actively contribute to important projects and work closely with a mentor and senior leadership.

Responsibilities
  • The Product Manager will be responsible for executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the award winning NextLabs product lines
  • The product manager will also lead the efforts to expand the product line
  • Help define & continue to deliver world class zero trust data security solutions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and interact with customers, partners, industry analysts, and various teams within NextLabs
  • Support sales in strategic customer opportunities, delivering presentations and demonstrations
  • Contribute to product collateral, including brochures, datasheets and Website content
  • Create compelling sales tools, messaging, positioning, collateral, and supporting product demos
  • Work with other product managers and engineers to define market winning features
  • Work with engineering to ensure on-time, high-quality product releases
  • Work with UX and product communication team to build world class user experiences
Qualifications and Required Skills
  • Engineering, Computer Science degree or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of work experience with enterprise applications in either a product development, product management, technical sales, enterprise architect, or solutions architect role.
  • The candidate should have previous experience and knowledge of security and database technology
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and experience in software development with cloud services, web application, database / big data, Windows / Java-based application
  • Familiarity in data security, IAM, database, big data, GRC, ERP, and information management technologies
  • Designing user interaction and UI mockups
  • Working knowledge of creating MRDs and detailed PRDs
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Working with cross-functional and cross-geography teams in multiple projects based on Agile methodologies
