Sommaire du poste:

Le ou la gestionnaire de comptes associe bilingue, Marche hospitalier, est responsable de la croissance des ventes et des marges au sein des comptes clients identifies dans le territoire assigne. Ce role exigera une combinaison d'engagement direct avec les clients en personne avec des visites sur place et par telephone/courriel pour developper et soutenir une base existante de produits Medline aupres d'une clientele existante.

Responsabilites:

  • Analyser et elaborer un plan d'affaires strategique pour les clients cibles avec le directeur regional des ventes
  • Participer a l'elaboration des plans de vente annuels pour les clients combines identifies dans les listes de comptes
  • Atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de marge pour l'ensemble des comptes designes comme territoire de Montreal
  • Aider a l'elaboration de plans de comptes pour les comptes importants du territoire.
  • Maintenir et accroitre les connaissances sur les produits pour soutenir les lancements de produits Medline
  • Offrir des seances de formation sur les produits ou des services internes, au besoin, afin de favoriser l'adoption des NOUVEAUX produits Medline chez les clients.
  • Assurer la liaison avec le service a la clientele de Medline et d'autres services internes, et les aider a simplifier l'execution des commandes.
  • Participer et presenter lors de reunions de vente, de conferences ou de presentations aux clients.
  • Contribuer a l'elaboration de nouveaux programmes et outils pour ameliorer la mise en uvre et la durabilite des comptes
  • Accomplir d'autres taches au besoin.

Qualifications:

  • 1 a 2 ans d'experience en vente, de preference dans le domaine des soins de sante
  • Diplome ou etudes en affaires
  • Solide sens des affaires et de la vente avec des competences analytiques
  • Excellentes aptitudes a la communication orale et ecrite, avec une experience directe en consultation aupres des clients et des parties prenantes internes
  • La connaissance des systemes SAP, d'Excel et des systemes de GRC (comme Salesforce) est un atout.
  • Etant donne l'etendue des responsabilites du role et/ou etant donne la structure organisationnelle, ce poste requiert des competences linguistiques avancees en francais et en anglais (Bilingue).

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$60,100.00 - $90,100.00 Annual

English is required due to the scope of the role.
