Job description

Overview

Luxe Bites is seeking reliable and detail focused Event Staff to execute on site event setups. This role is responsible for transforming prepared food from our kitchen into a finished grazing display at the client’s venue. The position requires practical organisation, punctuality, and composure under time pressure.

You are not cooking. You are executing presentation.


Core Responsibilities
  • Arrive on time at venues and communicate with the kitchen team before departure
  • Transport pre prepared food safely from the kitchen to the event location
  • Assemble grazing tables using prepared items according to Luxe Bites standards
  • Style tables using boards, risers, linens, props, florals, and signage
  • Maintain consistency with brand presentation and cleanliness
  • Adjust layout depending on table size, guest count, and environment
  • Coordinate with venue staff when necessary
  • Keep food safe and presentable during service period
  • Pack down setup and return all equipment after the event
  • Report damages, shortages, or client concerns immediately


Requirements
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and visual awareness
  • Calm and solution oriented mindset
  • Ability to follow visual standards and instructions precisely
