Position Overview
Pamarco is seeking an experienced Gravure Graphics Technician with knowledge of gravure and anilox engraving processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, converting, and optimizing image files for laser engraving of gravure cylinders and anilox rolls while ensuring the highest standards of quality and repeatability.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Convert and prepare image files for gravure and anilox roll engraving
  • Adjust artwork, size, repeat, and resolution to meet customer specifications
  • Verify file accuracy and quality prior to production
  • Support laser operators with file setup and production requirements
  • Troubleshoot graphics and image-related issues
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, and Customer Service teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
  • Experience with gravure graphics and image preparation
  • Knowledge of anilox and gravure engraving processes preferred
  • Proficiency with graphics and image editing software
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Work Schedule
  • Must be willing to work 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shift
  • Weekend work may be required based on production demands
