As the Marketing Graphics Designer, you'll maintain and update current marketing materials on behalf of the Derse brand, as well as provide recommendations for new materials and tools for our teams to utilize. Our Marketing Graphic Designers are also responsible for evolving the conceptual and stylistic direction of the Derse brand, ensuring other staff members involved in project developments follow that direction. Marketing Graphics Designer Responsibilities
  • Manage and update website and email design using content management system and marketing automation platform
  • Format Request for Proposal (RFP) responses using both InDesign and PowerPoint for content consistency and clarity
  • Maintain and evolve the Derse brand and update the formal brand guidelines
  • Lead and execute annual updates to Derse brand assets
  • Design graphic and photographic deliverables for Derse website, white papers, case studies, and social media platforms
  • Provide recommendations on potential new concepts, tools, and resources to support new business development efforts
  • Design and produce internal marketing communication materials as requested
  • Plan and execute design for sales tools and materials
  • Support in the brainstorming of video concepts and develop storyboards for approval across various digital platforms
  • Implement inline HTML and web best practices
  • Shoot or source photography/video of Derse locations and employees, as well as retouch photography
  • Brainstorm, design, and complete layouts and production of trade show marketing materials
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry practices
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite proficiently. Specifically, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to develop materials.
  • Work within PC-based and Mac-based computers and all related software programs including Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, Power Point, and VISIO

Requirements
Marketing Graphic Designer Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or 3-5 years related graphics design experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) required.
  • Proven videography and photography editing experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to project manage packaging and production.
