Position Overview
We are seeking a Production & Installation Specialist in signage, graphics, production, and vinyl installation. This position involves working both in our production facility and on-site at client locations to fabricate and install a wide variety of signs and graphics. While experience in the graphics and signage industry is preferred, we will also train the right candidate. This role is approximately a 50/50 mix of in-shop production and field installation.
Responsibilities
β€’ Accurately measure spaces and surfaces for sign production and installation
β€’ Fabricate signs using various materials and tools, including cutting, routing, and finishing
β€’ Install vinyl graphics, dimensional letters, wall wraps, vehicle graphics, and other signage types
β€’ Safely operate equipment including printers, plotters, laminators, and hand tools
β€’ Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and design proofs
β€’ Communicate with the project manager and clients to ensure quality and accuracy
β€’ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
β€’ Follow company standards for quality and brand consistency
β€’ Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and installation schedules
β€’ Assist in keeping jobs moving through production without delays
β€’ Communicate clearly with team members to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
