Reports to: Production Pastor

Works in Conjunction With: Production Manager - NFW Campus

Status: Non-exempt, Part-time

Objective:

The Production Coordinator oversees media presentation for Compass Church weekend services at the North Fort Worth campus.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Help prepare presentation computers for the weekend services. This includes Sermons, Songs, Welcome, Announcements, & Backgrounds.
  • Ensure all visual content for the weekend is properly loaded with the most up to date version and easily executable for the operator.
  • Operate graphics machines for weekend services.
  • Assist in recruiting and training team members.
  • Assist the production team with stage resets, as needed or assigned.
  • All other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by the Production Pastor or Production Manager.
  • Work well with the production team and worship team to execute the weekend services at a high level

Work Schedule:

  • 10 hours per week
  • Schedule TBD by NFW campus
  • Education:
    • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:
    • 1+ years in production or related environment
  • Soft Skills:
    • Current with latest best practices of presentation graphics.
    • High degree of initiative, accountability and attention to detail
    • Prompt response and resolution to constructive feedback from the Production Pastor or Production Manager.
    • Good problem-solving skills, including ability to identify and avoid potential problems before they happen.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly under pressure and to adjust, when needed, to the changes in priorities or conditions of a fast paced production industry.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and cooperatively as part of a team
    • Ability to maintain constructive, positive relationships with co-workers
    • Professional attitude and appearance; positive spirit and enthusiasm
