Description
General Responsibilities:
Provide classroom instruction for students for all engineering graphics classes, academic advising, develop and implement retention activities, assist in graduate placement, attend graduation ceremonies, assist with student orientation/registration, revise curricula, develop courses, design new programs, revise instructional materials, remain current in teaching field, work on college committees and promote institutional objectives.
Candidate must also provide advisement for non - transfer Engineering Technology majors.

Typical Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Associate Degree with 7-10 years of applied engineering graphics experience in a firm developing and serving industrial construction, including site development and buildings. Prior documented training in CAD (2D & 3D) and prior exposure to print reading and sketching is required. AutoCAD & SolidWorks software experience/exposure is essential.
Preferred Requiremets:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferred) in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, REVIT experience, exposure to additive manufacturing/3-D printing, and design experience.
Progressive experience in an applied /professional engineering setting would enhance the candidate's profile. Prior teaching experience would be very helpful.

Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm; Friday, 8:00 am - 11:30 am
