Graphic Designer/Content Creator - Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Description: 

Intercomp Company, a worldwide leader in designing and manufacturing weighing solutions for transportation and racing industries, is looking to fill a full-time Marketing Communications Specialist position.  This position will generate marketing materials within various markets and participate with marketing and sales teams to provide support and input to meet and exceed company sales objectives.

We are seeking a talented and creative graphic designer and content specialist to join our team. As a graphic designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and communication strategies. The candidate will develop written content that effectively promotes our brand and products to our target audience.  The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design, marketing automation tools and written copywriting skills to create engaging content that accurately describes our products and solutions across multiple platforms and channels.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Branding:
• • Create aesthetically pleasing graphics, illustrations, Photoshop work and visual elements for various media including websites, advertisements, social media, video, trade show booths and print materials including catalogs and brochures.
  • Develop and maintain guidelines for consistent branding across all channels.
• Content Creation and Digital:
• • Work closely with the marketing team to create written content that describes products, solutions and is aligned with market strategy for editorials, brochures, social media, press releases, PowerPoint, application notes and emails.
  • Managing website content including uploading, updating, and creating text, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.  SEO knowledge is a plus.
  • Design responsive email templates, banners, and social media graphics.
• Collaboration and Feedback:
• • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members, including product management, sales, engineering and marketing to create compelling content.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and improve content communication.
• Quality Control and Deadlines:
• • Maintain high-quality standards in all design and written work.
  • Meet project deadlines, manage priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:

o   Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.

o   Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio graphics used in multiple types of materials.

o   Complete knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).

o   Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Click Dimensions) creating email templates, developing web forms, segmenting customer audiences and analyzing campaign performance.

o   Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

o   Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

o   Self-starter with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies, marketing tools and technical product information.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Three or more years of experience in marketing communications with emphasis on graphic and written content creation of brochures, catalogs, ads, trade show booth graphics, websites, HTML email, social media posts and graphics, etc.

·         Product photography experience with field action shots and still photography.

·         Previous related experience for a manufacturer or in the technical field of products.
