Job Title: Graphic Designer

About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a mission-driven organization seeking a Graphic Designer to support its marketing team during a high-volume project period. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys producing both print and digital marketing materials while collaborating with a team of marketing and communications professionals.


Job Description:

The Graphic Designer will support ongoing marketing initiatives by creating, editing, and maintaining a variety of visual assets. The ideal candidate will have experience designing marketing collateral, advertisements, presentations, and branded content while ensuring consistency across all materials. A strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work is required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce creative assets for digital and print marketing campaigns
  • Modify and update existing design files as needed
  • Ensure all creative materials align with established brand standards
  • Create advertisements, promotional materials, presentations, and other marketing collateral
  • Source, edit, and retouch images for use in marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to develop visual concepts and campaign materials
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions from internal stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain digital design assets and image libraries
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Provide additional design support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design projects
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and design best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
