As a Graphic Designer at FMH, you will create and design printed materials that inform customers of FMH products and services that will bring awareness that helps enable America's farmers to clothe, feed, and fuel the world.

REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

  • Experience: 3-7 years of graphic design experience creating print materials, logos/icons, merchandise mock-ups, social media images, etc. Agricultural marketing experience a plus. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Education: Associate's degree in Design, Marketing, Graphic Arts, or related field required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Skills: Strong portfolio demonstrating creative graphic designs and layout skills. Collaborative and team-oriented with proven verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of concentration towards customers (internal and external) required.
  • Travel: Minimal travel may be required for this role (less than 20%)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Graphic Designer at FMH, you'll be responsible for:

  • Understanding design concepts to create brochures/flyers, social media images, logos/icons, and merchandise mock-ups from scratch.
  • Interact with agents by supporting agency co-branding advertising
  • Creates and implements all graphic designs to reflect a consistent brand and identity through logos, design, images, and photography.
  • Creates printed marketing materials through the development and design of a variety of projects, including but not limited to newsletters, brochures, postcards, advertisements, and web images.
  • Creates internal and external presentation materials to support training as well as meetings and events.
  • Works with our Online Store (e-Commerce) vendor in maintaining the site for our marketing and advertising materials.
  • Analyzes competitive positioning around marketing materials and tactics and provides recommendations for design and delivery of content to effectively compete in the market.
  • Assists other departments with basic design needs.
