POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in leading the design process and delivering exceptional visual solutions that align with the Radians brand and effectively communicate our message to our target audience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall creative direction of our company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for the Senior Graphic Designer include, but not limited to the following:
• Lead and oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality
deliverables that meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to understand the project
requirements and develop creative solutions that align with our brand.
• Create visually stunning designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including print
collateral, digital assets, trade show signage, presentations, advertisements, and planograms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to
continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas to design projects.
• Maintain consistency in brand identify and messaging across all design materials.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for the Senior Graphic Designer are:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (preferred)
• 8+ years' experience as a Sr. Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical
proficiency, and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in building and designing planograms.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
• Collaborative spirit, open to feedback, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
