Production Graphic Designer (Full-Time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Production Graphic Designer to join our team. This position focuses on developing high-quality, full-color graphics for commercial print and signage applications. The ideal candidate combines strong design ability with production awareness and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Note: This is NOT a remote position.
Position Overview
This full-time role is responsible for designing, preparing, and producing print-ready graphics from customer concepts, supplied artwork, and internal creative direction. The position requires balancing creativity with technical accuracy to ensure projects are produced efficiently and correctly.
Scheduling flexibility is available based on employee and company needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and modify full-color graphic designs for commercial print and signage.
  • Prepare customer-supplied artwork for accurate print production.
  • Determine appropriate print methods, materials, and production processes based on project requirements.
  • Interpret work orders and estimate appropriate production and design time.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Communicate with customers and team members regarding artwork, proofs, and file preparation.
  • Design layouts including typography, imagery, and spacing to meet both aesthetic and production standards.
  • Prepare final print-ready files according to job specifications.
  • Review jobs for quality, accuracy, and correct material selection prior to production.
  • Send jobs to equipment for production, set up run specifications, and load paper
  • Generate and manage customer proofs when required.
  • Assist in monitoring production output to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Follow company procedures, workflow standards, and quality control policies.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Strong understanding of print production, file setup, and color management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and customers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Microsoft Excel experience is a plus

Physical Requirements
