Job Description

Nevada Athletics is recruiting for a Creative Content Coordinator. This recruitment is for current and possible future openings. This position is primarily responsible for sharing the story of Nevada Athletics by creating compelling video, graphic and/or social media content that drives engagement, attendance and revenue, in addition to positively impacting the recruitment and retention of elite student-athletes. The position works closely, and must successfully collaborate, with colleagues on the creative services team, marketing and sales teams, development, communications and coaching staffs, as well as with executive leadership.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Operate cameras, stabilizers, drones (optional), and audio equipment.

  • Work closely with coaches to understand key plays, athletes, and storylines

  • Edit footage into compelling content such as (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Hype videos, Player spotlight features)

  • Ensure all edits meet team branding, pacing, and style guidelines.

  • Manage media storage, archiving, and organization of assets.

  • Design a myriad of collateral materials that positively impact the marketing of Wolf Pack Athletics, recruiting, revenue generation and branding

  • Collaborate with the creative services and strategic communications teams to create and execute content calendars.

  • Deliver timely in-game or same-day edits for social media when needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and two years of related work experience; OR a Master's Degree and one year of related work experience

Related experience:Experience in any of the following areas - Videography, video production, and/or video editing, graphic design, photography, social media, or marketing or related.
