Job Description

The Opportunity: 

Our Brand Design team is responsible for creating, developing, and producing innovative visual communication strategies to promote and sell our products across various platforms, including packaging & marketing. Working closely with our internal and external experts, we deliver creative solutions that strengthen our brand globally. In this context, we are looking for an energetic and passionate graphic designer who is creative, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will report to the Graphic Manager and work within the Brand Design department in collaboration with Product teams, Brand Managers, and various key stakeholders. 

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Create and adapt creative and original designs for various marketing materials: product packaging, e-commerce visuals, website and social media content, in accordance with established guidelines. 
  • Clearly communicate your visual concepts for approval. 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Communications, and Development teams to fully understand project needs and objectives. 
  • Provide guidance and supervise external agencies as needed to finalize projects. 
  • Effectively manage deadlines and priorities while ensuring consistent quality of execution. 
  • Be able to adapt to new technologies, trends, and developments in the field of graphic design. 
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • DEC in graphic design or equivalent training. 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Adobe XD) and Microsoft Office. 
  • Creativity, critical thinking, and ability to transform guidelines into compelling visuals. 
  • Adaptability and openness to change. 
  • Strong interest in marketing, design, toys, and video games, as well as an understanding of emerging trends. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Team spirit, dynamism, professionalism, and autonomy. 
  • Constant desire to learn and evolve. 
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
