We offer a merit-based work-from-home program based on job responsibilities. After initial training in-person, you could have the flexibility to work-from-home time as defined by the leadership team.

Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Graphic Print Specialist. The position requires the person to:

  • Perform an active role in Graphic Arts projects.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the graphic print room's practices, procedures and quality requirements.
  • Prioritize projected and scheduled work to consistently meet target dates and times.
  • Explain workflow and machinery issues and present solutions for them.
  • Safely operate at least five pieces of equipment in the Graphic Arts print room.
  • Share knowledge and be Proficient with all computer software used throughout the department.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned within the department or elsewhere on request and maintain punctual attendance.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organize and interpret documents such as policies, procedure manuals and legal documents
  • Ability to communicate, both oral and written
  • Ability to organize and handle multiple assignments
  • Ability to effectively deal with a diverse group of individuals and manage varied factual circumstances
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security
