What This Job is About:
The Graphic Designer is a skilled visual problem-solver who brings ideas to life across experiential, digital, and brand touchpoints. You’ll support concept development, execute polished graphic work, and contribute to high-quality design systems for campaigns, activations, and brand experiences.
This is a hands-on design role. You’ll collaborate with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Strategists, Production, and Client Services—taking visual direction and turning it into beautifully crafted, accurate, production-ready creative.
You’ll also help uphold the RedPeg creative standard on every project you touch, bringing craft and consistency to the work. Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Create compelling visual systems for experiential campaigns, mobile tours, pop-ups, installations, hospitality builds, temporary and permanent environments, and large-scale event experiences.
  • Design large-format assets including signage, vehicle wraps, scenic graphics, stage artwork, footprint branding, environmental graphics, and wayfinding systems.
  • Develop artwork that accurately translates to fabrication, construction, and print production needs, ensuring feasibility while maintaining creative excellence.
  • Execute strong visual identities and graphic systems across multiple channels and formats, adapting brand guidelines into immersive, experiential applications.
  • Build mockups, visualization boards, branded toolkit elements, and design explorations that help communicate and sell creative ideas.
  • Design assets for digital and interactive touchpoints such as kiosks, touchscreens, microsites, presentation content, and social-ready visuals.
  • Produce front-end visuals that support experiential technologies, interactive moments, and digital components within event environments.
  • Build high-impact pitch decks, concept boards, mood boards, and case studies that clearly and cohesively communicate ideas and storytelling.
  • Visualize complex or abstract concepts through diagrams, infographics, systems, and other intuitive design approaches.
  • Support new business pitches and internal brainstorms through thoughtful visual development, concept exploration, and rapid ideation.
  • Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously from initial brief through final delivery, maintaining organization, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Account teams to ensure alignment across every stage of a project.
  • Prepare clean, well-organized design files, production-ready artwork, and precise handoffs for vendors, fabricators, or cross-functional internal teams.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, solutions-oriented creative environment rooted in craft, professionalism, and curiosity.
What You’re All About
  • BFA or BA in Graphic Design or related field (BFA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • A portfolio showing a range of work, ideally including experiential/environmental design, large-format assets, and presentation design.
  • Experience preparing files for print, fabrication, and vendor production workflows.
  • Strong layout, typography, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work quickly, manage competing priorities, and self-direct in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfortable taking feedback and collaborating across disciplines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and cross-functional partners
  • General computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Superior attention to detail, organization and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
  • Ability to travel to be on-site at client activations as needed
  • Hunger to learn and roll up your sleeves
  • Willingness to contribute ideas, suggestions and opportunities for the agency’s continued innovation and evolution
