Pay: $20.00/hr
Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm, with overtime as needed

Join Our Team as a Print/Design Associate and Elevate Your Career in Design Production
Become a key member of our team in Kentwood, Michigan, responsible for the entire drawing room process-including design, conceptual development, structural drawings, and production drawings. You'll report directly to the Graphics Manager and work with state-of-the-art equipment. This full-time role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the drawing room, including design and structural drawings
  • Develop conceptual designs and structural drawings for various projects
  • Preflight customer artwork to meet production standards
  • Support data entry and project uploads within the drawing system
  • Follow SOPs for drawing requests and production processes (training provided)
  • Operate tools like SAI FLEXI and Adobe Creative Suite (training provided)
  • Assist in maintaining workflow and quality standards

Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in design, signage, or print production
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
  • Valid driver's license
  • Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Willing to learn new skills and adapt
  • Skills in design, conceptual development, structural & production drawings, artwork preflight, data entry, and project uploads
