Do you have a passion for creating intuitive digital experiences, visually compelling design, and user-centered websites that drive results? Are you equally comfortable designing a high-performing website experience, a trade show booth, a billboard campaign, or a polished print brochure?
Market Mentors is seeking an experienced Senior Designer with expert-level Adobe and Figma capabilities, exceptional visual design skills, and a strong understanding of user experience, branding, and conversion-focused design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can move seamlessly between digital and print mediums while maintaining consistency, strategy, and brand integrity.
We are looking for a designer who understands how to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, workflows, ideation, optimization, and production, while still relying on human creativity, strategy, and critical thinking to produce exceptional work.
Primary Accountabilities
Execute the UI/UX Design Process from Strategy Through Final Execution
  • Design and execute websites, landing pages, wireframes, and digital experiences from concept through deployment
  • Collaborate with strategists, developers, account teams, and clients to align user experience with business goals
  • Develop user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes that improve usability and engagement
  • Conduct cross-browser and responsive testing to ensure seamless experiences across devices
  • Apply UX best practices, accessibility standards, and conversion-focused thinking throughout the design process

Develop Intuitive, User-Focused Digital Experiences That Align with Brand and Business Goals
  • Translate strategic objectives into clean, engaging, user-centered designs
  • Create digital experiences that prioritize usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy
  • Design interfaces that balance aesthetics with performance and functionality
  • Support campaign initiatives across websites, email, social media, digital advertising, and branded content

  • Build, maintain, and scale design systems, component libraries, and UI standards

  • Organize files, templates, and workflows for efficient collaboration across teams
  • Support brand governance and quality control standards

Drive Conceptual Ideation and Execute Innovative Design Solutions Across Print and Digital Mediums
  • Develop creative concepts and campaign visuals across both digital and traditional channels
  • Design print materials including brochures, billboards, trade show booths, signage, presentations, sales materials, and other branded collateral
  • Produce compelling visual concepts that support integrated marketing campaigns
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic creative thinking
  • Balance creativity with practicality, timelines, budgets, and production requirements

Produce Accurate, High-Quality, On-Brand Design Work with Strong Attention to Detail and User Experience
  • Deliver polished, accurate, production-ready creative assets
  • Self-proof and review work for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards
  • Maintain high standards for typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall design execution
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Continuously stay current on design trends, UX best practices, emerging technologies, and AI-enhanced workflows

Qualifications
  • High-level proficiency in Figma
  • Extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Acrobat, and related tools
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility standards, and web best practices
  • Experience designing across both digital and print mediums
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, workflows, production, organization, and optimization without sacrificing originality, strategy, or quality
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, sitemaps, and user journeys
  • Understanding of responsive/adaptive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Strong typography, layout, branding, and visual communication skills
  • Video experience a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing within a highly collaborative team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Portfolio must include at least 4 successfully completed projects demonstrating expertise across UI/UX, web, digital, and print design mediums. A portfolio should showcase a range of work including websites, landing pages, branded campaigns, print collateral, and design system execution
  • Candidates should be prepared to discuss their individual role and contributions within featured projects during the interview process

Preferred Experience
  • 5+ years of UX/UI and graphic design experience in an agency or fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Web Design, Interactive Media, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience collaborating with developers and understanding front-end web capabilities
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, video editing, or illustration is a plus
