Designer (Contract)

(add)ventures is hiring a contract graphic designer. The ideal candidate will be a talented designer with a passion for bringing brand experiences to life across a variety of platforms such as print, environmental, social and video channels, using both traditional and AI technologies. 

Daily, this designer will ideate and create compelling print and digital materials that advance our clients’ brand communications. The designer must be able to translate marketing strategies into compelling and clear graphic design creative solutions. We are looking for someone who can not only create with a high level of craft, but who understands the importance of connecting with customers on a deeper level. This individual will be responsible for supporting our art directors, designers and other cross disciplinary team members as needed. They should be a self-starter with outstanding communication skills who can work with minimal oversight on multiple projects at once.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • 1 to 8 years of experience in a graphic design role

  • BFA from an accredited Graphic Design or Communications Design program

  • Design experience for retail, corporate and B2B clients

  • A portfolio highlighting mastery in graphic design across multiple mediums

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

  • Willingness to incorporate and apply new AI technologies into the creative process

  • Ability to receive and provide direction

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly

  • Demonstrated ability to ideate creative concepts, brand experiences and services
