Job description

Graphic Designer – Rhoback, Charlottesville, VA.

Responsibilities EMAIL
  • Collaborate with Email Team to provide photo selects, layout and design for emails.
  • Produce best-in-class emails using graphics, photography, and motion graphics that engage and inform.
  • Identify and execute email growth initiatives, brand awareness, and education using quality visuals.
  • Ensure all email graphics, layout and visuals are on brand to create next-level emails driving engagement with our growing brand.
  • Work quickly to create assets for topical or last‑minute campaigns.
DIGITAL MARKETING
  • Create digital ad graphics and visuals to drive engagement on Rhoback products (often the same graphics from emails, slightly adjusted).
PRINT COLLATERAL
  • Collaborate with merchandising, marketing and creative teams to build print collateral including mailers, catalogs, line books, in‑store signage and other printed materials.
  • Create all graphics and layouts that elevate the brand projection and product offering.
WEB DESIGN
  • Collaborate with Website Team to create website graphics, layout and visuals for seasonal campaigns and deliveries.
BRANDING
  • Collaborate with lead designers and Creative Director to develop a unified brand voice and vision, and ideate ways to use art & design to tell Rhoback’s story; maintain brand voice across all channels.
  • Collaborate with Social Media team to align on creative assets for organic posts (e.g., new Rhoback Athlete announcements) and lifestyle photography from the Media House.
Qualifications
  • Expert level proficiency in Adobe Suite.
  • Digital-first graphic design with strong understanding of print.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4‑year degree.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with consumer brands.
  • Ability to think critically to solve complex problems.
  • Capable of executing tasks without the need for oversight.
  • Creative innovation mindset and willingness to challenge conventions while understanding brand standards.
  • Team player with a no‑task‑too‑small attitude.
