Role Description

The Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dothan, AL. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting TriState Graphics’ printing, mailing, and graphic communication services. The Sales Representative will conduct in-person and phone meetings with customers, prepare and present proposals, and follow up on leads to convert prospects into long-term clients. Day-to-day activities include managing a sales pipeline, coordinating with internal production and design teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services, and maintaining detailed records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also involves understanding customer needs, advising on solutions that support their marketing and operational goals, and representing the company’s values of integrity, service, truth, and quality.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales, account management, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Basic knowledge of printing, mailing, or graphic communications services, or a willingness to learn industry-specific products and processes.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain solutions clearly to marketing directors and purchasing managers.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with experience managing a sales pipeline and following structured sales processes.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and CRM or sales tracking tools for documenting activities and maintaining client information.
