What is graphic design typography?

Graphic design typography is the art and technique of arranging type to make written language legible, readable, and visually appealing when displayed. It involves selecting typefaces, point sizes, line lengths, line-spacing, and letter-spacing, as well as adjusting the space between pairs of letters. In graphic design, typography is used to create visual hierarchy, convey mood or brand identity, and guide viewers through content.
