About the Role

The Sociable Society is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their Marketing team! This person will come in and own all agency creative including but not limited to, website creative, external presentations, events assets, company merch and more. They have a strong understanding of marketing from a creative standpoint. They are able to help with production set up as needed when it comes to events and are open to working on ad-hoc products that require a creative eye. They will also work closely with the social media coordinator in order to ensure all content shares brand alignment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the creative vision and output for all agency marketing channels
  • Design visual assets across digital channels including email, social media, website graphics, events assets & more...
  • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital deliverables as needed for events (vinyl designs, invites, production components)
  • Work directly with brand partners to develop accurate mockups for event activations with revisions as needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets by following established design guidelines.
  • Work cross-functionally with the larger team on any external decks as needed.
  • Handle sourcing for photographers, videographers and fabricators for events needs.
  • Work with our development team on maintaining the website information and design as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay current with design trends as relevant

Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years experience graphic design and creating marketing assets
  • Proficient in editing tools such as: CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other editing tools
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends
  • Able to work independently with great attention to detail
