materials that support business objectives. While this position primarily focuses on product label and packaging development, the Graphic Designer may also
support a variety of marketing and communication initiatives including print collateral, digital assets, production support and other design-related projects as business needs require. This position works closely with the Senior Graphic Design Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure creative quality, production accuracy and brand consistency across all deliverables.

โ€ข Execute copy updates, spec changes and SKU versioning with high accuracy
โ€ข Prepare print-ready mechanical files according to dieline and vendor specifications
โ€ข Rebuild and standardize legacy label files to align with current brand and compliance standards
Production Support
โ€ข Serve as first-line design support for label-related production issues

โ€ข Document recurring production issues and assist in continuous improvement efforts
โ€ข Support workflow efficiencies within packaging and label development systems

โ€ข Work with marketing, compliance, production and vendor partners to ensure smooth execution
โ€ข Provide overflow support to design team (Sr. Graphic Designers) during high-volume cycles as needed
General Design Support
โ€ข Support the creation and maintenance of marketing and communication materials as needed
โ€ข Assist with digital graphics, email assets, sales materials, presentations and other visual
communications projects
โ€ข Contribute to brand consistency across print and digital channels
โ€ข Provide production and design support during peak workload periods
โ€ข Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
โ€ข 2+ years of graphic design experience preferred
