Job description

We are seeking a Product Manager experienced with knowledge graphs to help define and scale the next generation of graph-based AI solutions at JPMorgan Chase.

As a Graph-Based Knowledge Solutions in the data platforms and Generative AI organization, you will sit at the intersection of data platforms and Generative AI, promoting strategy, delivery, and adoption of solutions that leverage graph-based architectures for the firm's highest-priority AI use cases. You will partner closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to unlock measurable value from JPMorgan Chase's data ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and shape the product vision, roadmap, execution, and adoption for knowledge graph solutions.
    • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle-from discovery and planning through delivery and iterative enhancement-with adoption and measurable outcomes as the north star.
    • Identify high-impact opportunities and internal customer needs through proactive stakeholder engagement and structured discover.
    • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and trade-offs to leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Produce clear product requirement documents and stakeholder materials tailored to varied levels of seniority and technical depth.
    • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the knowledge graph and AI ecosystem, translating external developments into actionable product insights.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related technical fields.
  • 5+ years of proven experience delivering products or technology applications.
  • Experience building data and AI platforms, including hands-on experience with graph database technologies (e.g. Neo4j, TigerGraph).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical materials to both technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and technical leads. 
  • Highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skill

  • Experience with large-scale data architectures, knowledge graphs and AI/ML systems. 
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI models. 
  • Prior experience in enterprise software or platform development.
