un des plus grands exploitants de restaurants au Canada et propriétaire de plusieurs franchises recherche un(e) Gérant(e) général(e) pour son restaurant fast-food de Victoriaville.

Nous recherchons un(e) leader motivé(e), structuré(e) et expérimenté(e) dans l’industrie de la restauration rapide (QSR).

Vous devez être légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada.

Responsabilités principales
Relevant du directeur de district, le/la gérant(e) général(e) est responsable de :
  • Gérer l’ensemble des opérations du restaurant (10 à 45 employés)
  • Assurer un service rapide, sécuritaire et conforme aux standards de la franchise
  • Maximiser les ventes, la rentabilité et la satisfaction clientèle
  • Superviser, former, encadrer et développer les équipes
  • Assurer la gestion du P&L et des indicateurs de performance
  • Maintenir les normes d’hygiène, sécurité alimentaire et salubrité
  • Gérer les horaires, besoins en personnel et tâches quotidiennes
  • Fournir un leadership positif et motivant
  • Agir comme ressource technique et opérationnelle sur le terrain
  • Collaborer avec le directeur de district et l’équipe multi-sites
  • Effectuer les dépôts bancaires quotidiens
  • Effectuer des remplacements ou formations dans d’autres restaurants au besoin
Exigences du poste
  • 2 à 4 ans d’expérience en gestion dans la restauration rapide (QSR)
  • Expérience en gestion de P&L
  • Diplôme secondaire requis (postsecondaire un atout)
  • Leadership solide et capacité à gérer une équipe
  • Capacité à résoudre les problèmes rapidement et courtoisement
  • Gestion des priorités, organisation et autonomie
  • Compétences informatiques de base (Windows, systèmes internes)
  • Permis de conduire valide (déplacements occasionnels requis)
  • Français requis (anglais un atout)
