Job description

Work Location Type:Onsite   

Flexible Shifts: 

  • Day shift:   Monday - Friday  (4x10 schedule so you would have one day off during the week)                           
  • Available start times include 7:30am, 8:00am, 8:30am with estimated finish times (6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm). This is a work-until-finish shift, meaning these are not guaranteed end times and employees may be required to stay beyond the estimated time until work is completed.

Compensation:

This position is hourly.  Pay starts at $19.30/hour   [with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $20.50/hour]

  • + $1/hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators**

Job Responsibilities

  • Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, e.g. unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with strong attention to detail
  • Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed
  • Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed
  • Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team

Job Requirements

  • Comfortable working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations
  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age
  • The physical requirements for this position include frequently lifting, pushing, and sliding packages that typically weight up to 50lbs, and may have to occasionally lift up to 75lbs
  • Able to receive feedback and work well in a team environment
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • **For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck
