Job description

Job Posting

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team in a full-time grain and fertilizer handling position serving multiple locations throughout the Vermontville/Potterville area.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Dump and unload grain trucks
  • Operate grain drying and conditioning equipment
  • Assist with grain storage, handling, and inventory
  • Load fertilizer products safely and efficiently
  • Mix and prepare custom fertilizer blends to meet customer needs
  • Operate equipment and perform general facility and material-handling duties
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Work at multiple locations as needed

Minimum requirements:

  • Clean driving record required
  • Previous grain, fertilizer, agriculture, or equipment-handling experience preferred
  • Dependable and willing to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work outdoors and perform physical material-handling duties
  • Willingness to learn and operate grain and fertilizer equipment
  • Strong attention to safety

  • Sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time
  • Occasionally required to move/lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
