Job Description

Position Summary

FARCO is seeking a highly organized and driven Manager - Grain Division to lead daily warehouse and parts operations supporting our grain-handling facilities. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency by maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating vendor relationships, and supporting both scheduled and emergency maintenance needs.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal environment and brings strong leadership, inventory management, and equipment knowledge to support the success of our grain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and issuing parts and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels for grain-handling and maintenance components using a web-based inventory control system
  • Partner closely with operations teams to support scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Coordinate vendor orders, returns, and warranty claims
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment
  • Unload trucks and verify shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Deliver parts and equipment to jobsites as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse management, parts management, and web-based inventory control systems
  • Experience operating forklifts and/or telehandlers
  • Knowledge of grain-handling equipment preferred
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
  • CDL (Commercial Driver's License) or ability to obtain a CDL
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
