Job description

Starting Pay: $21.50–$25.50 per hour

Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in technology?

Balance Staffing is hiring motivated graduates with a passion for computers, technology, and troubleshooting to join a leading global technology manufacturer in El Paso, Texas.

If you've built computers, worked with Linux, written Python scripts, or completed hands-on technical projects in school, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience working with enterprise server hardware while building a strong foundation for a long-term career in technology.

Pay

  • A & C Shifts: $21.50/hour
  • B & D Shifts: $25.50/hour

What You'll Be Doing

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot enterprise server hardware
  • Perform repair and testing procedures
  • Work within Linux environments
  • Utilize Python knowledge to support technical processes
  • Identify and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with experienced technical teams
  • Build valuable experience with enterprise-level technology

Preferred Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in one of the following:

  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Computer Science
  • Cybersecurity
  • Software Development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Linux
  • Basic to intermediate Python knowledge
  • Experience building or repairing computers
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Passion for technology and continuous learning
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Bonus Experience

We'd especially like to hear from candidates who have:

  • Built a gaming PC or workstation
  • Completed computer science or IT projects

Training

Paid training is provided.

Candidates must be available to train Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM for 1–2 weeks before transitioning to their assigned shift.
