Many international students seek jobs where companies are willing to provide visa sponsorship, which means the employer will help with the legal paperwork and costs involved in obtaining a work visa. This is common in countries like the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, where international graduates may need a specific visa (like the H-1B or Tier 2) to work after graduation. Employers who offer visa sponsorship are typically open to hiring qualified candidates regardless of their nationality. It's important for graduates to research which employers and industries are most likely to offer sponsorship opportunities.
