Duties Description Assist with the collection and documentation of data related projects such as:
Waste audit data from annual audits performed
Refrigerant and pesticide use at leased facilities
Purchasing records of applicable products and services- Assist in development and coordination of employee outreach programs such as:
o Lunch and Learns
o Garden club activities
o New Employee Resources
o Internal Intranet posts and Videos
Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be actively enrolled in a New York State college, university, or graduate program
• Have completed a minimum of one (1) year as a student at a degree-granting two or four-year college or university (completion of one year's worth of academic credits over a longer period may qualify part-time students for participation in the program), or be a currently enrolled graduate student or accepted in a graduate degree program
• Have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0, or the letter grade equivalent
Preferred Skill sets:
- Knowledge in Microsoft suite especially excel and Powerpoint
- Data and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as team
- Proactive in soliciting feedback and asking questions.
