The Opportunity
We are hiring an energetic, detail-oriented, and ambitious individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Project Coordinator / Estimator. This hybrid role offers a dynamic introduction to the construction industry, providing exposure to both field-based project coordination and office-based cost estimating. What You'll Do
Estimating Responsibilities
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimates for labor, equipment, and materials.
- Interpret design drawings and specifications to determine scope.
- Solicit and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Assist in developing competitive bids using estimating software (e.g., Bid2Win).
- Support preparation of tender documents and project risk assessments.
- Contribute to building critical path schedules and milestone planning.
Project Coordination Responsibilities
- Support superintendents and project managers on active sites.
- Maintain documentation, site records, and daily reporting (photos, logs, cost data).
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Assist in quality control, safety, and environmental compliance tracking.
- Help manage materials procurement and as-built drawing updates.
- Participate in site inspections and field operations.
