Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, iterate and maintain software applications on internal application - you'll own meaningful parts of the product
  • Work closely with departments like Operations, Finance, and HR to understand their requirements and translate them into working software
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning sessions, coding, stand-ups, and reviews
  • Learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies as needed
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
  • Get hands-on exposure to how an enterprise IT department operates - infrastructure, security, support, and more

Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Solid programming fundamentals - experience building applications in any language is welcome
  • Strong communication skills - you'll be gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and need to bridge that gap effectively
