Job Description:
Provide clerical and administrative support to the department, including greeting students and visitors; answering phones; scheduling advising appointments; and handling all mailings related to inquiries about Graduate and Professional Studies programs.
Job Functions:
  • Greeting students and visitors; answering phones; answering email; picking
  • up and handling all mailings; filing student folders; reserving rooms for meetings for the Center of Education, Graduate Contracts, Graduate Admissions and Graduate and Professional Studies programs.
  • Preparing for Summer Programing for Advance Placement Summer Institute and Limited Residency Programs
  • Providing support students, staff and faculty of Advance Placement Summer Institute, Graduate Admissions, Graduate Student Success Coaches, and Limited Residency programs.

Education:
Required: Bachelor's Degree - 3.0 Undergraduate GPA, enrolled in Master's Program at Goucher College
