We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Azure Cloud and .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, cloud computing, and leadership. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based applications, as well as leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of cloud-based applications using .NET technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing complex applications
  • Experience in C#, .NET, API development, and SQL
  • Experience with cloud-first architectures and related Azure services, e.g. Container Apps, API Management / App Gateway, Key Vault, App Services, Logic Apps, SQL MI
  • Familiarity with modern cloud-native patterns principles, e.g. Twelve-Factor Apps, Service Oriented Architectures / microservices / REST, DevOps, Continuous Deployment, and Site Reliability Engineering
  • Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code patterns and related technologies e.g. Bicep, ARM, Terraform
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience acting as a technical leader and mentor to other software engineers or developers.
  • Experience working on agile teams and release trains, and knowledge of SAFe, is preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Angular is a plus
  • Property Casualty Insurance experience is a plus

Pay Range
USD $123,000.00 - USD $157,000.00 /Yr.
