Job Description
The Hospitality Manager at Elevate Entertainment Group (EEG) oversees all guest service operations. The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for managing Front of House (FOH) operations, ensuring seamless interactions with guests from arrival to departure. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage all aspects of guest service, including wait staff, food service, greeters, box office, and, concession.
  • Supervise and support FOH staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Oversee the bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate seamless guest experiences across all touch points.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance guest service offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Skills + Abilities included but are not limited to:
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial principles.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Education + Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification required.
  • Proven experience in a hospitality management role, with a strong background in FOH operations.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
