Responsibilities
In the role of Principal CAD Engineer/Manager, you will:
  • Lead the building and development of advanced CAD tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to successfully implement and integrate CAD solutions.
  • Determine and establish CAD build standards and guidelines.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Benchmark internal capabilities against industry standards to ensure competitive performance.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and improvement of existing CAD tools to ensure flawless operation.
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CAD tool development and management.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor build and processes.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a diverse group.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
Preferred Qualifications
We highly value candidates with:
  • Experience in managing CAD projects from concept through implementation.
