Graduate Assistant (Counseling Ministries Department)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with processing field experience applications
  • Continue building the field experience site database
  • Help with generating contracts and dissertation process for Ph.D students
  • Maintain a list of adjunct instructors' information
  • Upload dissertation and other forms to the shared drive
  • Update syllabus depot
  • Filing (digital), printing, and copying
  • Assist faculty with obtaining desk-copies
  • Assist with department Course schedule
  • Assist with ensuring textbooks are properly updated in online bookstore
  • Respond via phone and email to student field experience questions
  • Create fillable PDF documents

Requirements:
  • Must be responsible, with the ability to complete tasks without supervision
  • Experience in an office environment preferred
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Must be available 20 hours per week between 9 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday
