As a Data & Analytics Specialist, you will support the development, execution, and optimization of marketing analytics and reporting capabilities with a strong focus on data accuracy, AI-driven insights, and performance measurement. Your role will involve working across Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools to deliver actionable insights, enable predictive decision making, and support a scalable, AI-enabled digital marketing ecosystem. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days/week onsite in our Waltham, MA location.

General Requirements:

Specific Responsibilities:
Reporting & Dashboard Development:
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
• Develop standardized reporting templates to track marketing performance, pipeline, and revenue impact.
• Incorporate AI-driven insights and automated reporting capabilities into dashboards where applicable.
• Ensure data is presented in a clear, concise, and actionable format for stakeholders.
• Support executive and operational reporting needs across marketing and sales teams.
Data Analysis & AI-Driven Insights:
• Analyze campaign performance across channels including web, email, paid media, and lifecycle programs.
• Identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities using both traditional analytics and AI-assisted analysis.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate data exploration, anomaly detection, and insight generation.
• Translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Support A/B testing analysis and performance measurement across digital initiatives.
CRM & Marketing Data Management:
• Work within Salesforce (SFDC) and Pardot to manage, validate, and analyze marketing and lead data.
• Support lead lifecycle tracking, campaign attribution, and pipeline reporting.
• Ensure proper data structure, segmentation, and alignment across systems.
• Perform regular data audits, cleansing, and validation to maintain data quality.
Data Integration & Enrichment:
• Support integration of data across platforms including Salesforce, marketing automation, website analytics, and enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo.
• Assist in managing multi-source data environments to create a unified customer and account view.
• Ensure consistent data flow and accuracy across systems and reporting layers.
Data Storytelling & Business Insights:
• Present insights and findings in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop data narratives that connect marketing performance to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms to assist in summarizing insights and creating executive-ready reporting.

Data Governance & Privacy Compliance:

• Explore opportunities to integrate machine learning and AI-driven analytics into marketing workflows.
• Contribute to building an AI-ready data foundation that supports personalization, segmentation, and performance optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) and Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms.

• Ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations.
• Experience with data governance and privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $95,000-$110,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package. We offer a wide range of benefits such as paid time off, health/dental/vision, retirement benefits and flexible spending accounts.
