Job description

  • About the Position: DragonFly Landscapes Inc. is seeking dependable, hardworking Commercial Landscape Laborers to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy working outdoors, and have experience in commercial landscaping, we'd like to hear from you. We are looking for motivated individuals committed to delivering exceptional results for our commercial clients while working in a safe, professional, team-oriented environment.


  • Commercial landscape experience required.
  • Experience operating commercial zero-turn and stand-on mowers, as well as two-cycle landscape equipment (string trimmers, edgers, hedge trimmers, backpack blowers, etc.) required
  • Install trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, and groundcover. Install mulch, decorative rock, and other landscape materials
  • Perform landscape installations according to landscape plans and specifications.
  • Assist with grading, site preparation, and landscape construction
  • Operate hand tools and other power equipment safely.
  • Load, unload, and transport plants, materials, and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
  • Work efficiently as part of a professional landscape crew
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in Florida weather.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
