Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Gradient Life Brokerage, which provides life insurance solutions to Financial Services Professionals. We offer access to 24+ carriers to ensure we meet every client’s needs.
What You’ll Do
  • Meet monthly activity goals, including phone dial time and outbound call requirements.
  • Prospect and build relationships with potential candidates and clients through phone outreach
  • Follow up with prospects in a timely manner and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Register Financial Services Professionals for training events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client and candidate experience.
  • Attend required training events and participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Consistently work toward achieving individual and team sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What you Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED – Required
  • Previous customer service experience – Preferred
  • Previous financial services industry experience – Preferred
  • Basic knowledge of annuities, insurance, securities, and investment advisory products and services - Preferred
  • Grit and a coachable attitude
  • Proficient organizational skills
