About the Role:

The Lead Grab & Go Attendant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our quick-service food outlets by overseeing daily activities and maintaining high standards of customer service. This position is responsible for leading a team to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers seeking convenient meal options. The Lead Attendant ensures that all food items are properly stocked, displayed attractively, and comply with health and safety regulations. Additionally, this role involves training and mentoring team members to uphold company policies and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Ultimately, the Lead Grab & Go Attendant contributes to the smooth functioning of the service area, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:
