Job Summary
We're looking for a Welder with strong TIG welding skills to support manufacturing operations, including welding in an inert chamber. This role is hands-on and detail-driven-quality, consistency, and following the process matter here.

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Days and hours may fluctuate based on business needs and production demands.)
Sign On Bonus: $500
What You'll Own:
  • Perform TIG welding, including welding in an inert chamber
  • Weld parts to manufacturing specifications with consistent quality
  • Read and understand blueprints and work instructions
  • Prep parts using grit blasting and other surface prep methods
  • Follow safe machine practices at all times
  • Use standard shop and welding materials correctly
  • Inspect your own work using handheld measuring tools
  • Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in your area
  • Follow the Quality Control Manual (QCM)
  • Work within ISO / Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements
  • Comply with Company RSM and all health, safety, and environmental policies
  • Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives
  • Work with integrity and follow the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
  • Help out with other shop tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous welding experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to read and write in English
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Comfortable using basic measuring tools
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willing and able to pass job-related testing

Certifications/Requirements:
  • Ability to become certified to AWS-D17.1
  • Must pass applicable vision testing, if required

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
