Job Summary:
Contact Government Services, LLC is dedicated to enhancing government operations through innovative technology solutions. As an FSR Engineer, you will deploy and maintain a data and application platform in mission-critical environments, integrating data and working closely with users to provide technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Deploy, configure, and maintain a distributed data and application platform in production.
• Integrate data from disparate source systems while preserving lineage and governance.
• Build and customize operational applications, workflows, and analytics.
• Design and maintain data pipelines supporting real-time and batch use cases.
• Troubleshoot high-impact issues in live operational environments.
• Work directly with users to understand workflows and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Partner with internal product and engineering teams to improve platform capabilities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with Python, Pyspark, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with data systems, APIs, and distributed architectures.
• Ability to operate independently in customer-facing, on-site environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous, real-world settings.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance or eligibility
