Job Description We are seeking a Software Engineer (Advanced) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise-scale software engineering, Agile delivery, and modern DevOps practices and a proven ability to design, build, and deliver resilient, secure, and scalable applications across heterogeneous environments. Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one technology and design technique, contributing across large-scale programs. Engineer solutions across multiple operating systems and infrastructure environments for firm-wide initiatives. Lead and coach teams in Agile frameworks and foster high-quality engineering practices. Implement and advocate for Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, cloud-native patterns, resiliency, and security by design. Provide technical coaching in at least one core skill and elevate engineering standards across teams. Assess emerging technologies and trends, and influence their application to meet business objectives. Represent the firm through knowledge sharing such as talks or publications, as appropriate. Required Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in Java and Springboot. Proficiency across the software development lifecycle, toolchains, and automation. Strong knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, security, and resiliency engineering. Demonstrated coaching, mentorship, and collaboration skills in Agile environments. Experience delivering solutions across multiple operating systems and infrastructure platforms.
