Job Description We are seeking a Software Engineer (Advanced) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise-scale software engineering, Agile delivery, and modern DevOps practices and a proven ability to coach teams, drive engineering excellence, and deliver resilient, secure applications. Responsibilities: Serve as a firm-wide engineering resource contributing to programs across large environments and multiple operating systems.

Lead and guide teams through the software development lifecycle using a modern toolset. Coach engineers in at least one technical skill and promote Agile practices within teams. Apply and advocate techniques such as CI/CD, TDD, cloud-native development, resiliency, and security by design.

Evaluate emerging technologies and influence adoption to support business objectives. Contribute to the engineering community through knowledge sharing, presentations, or publications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in at least one core technology and associated design techniques.

Demonstrated experience across the full software development lifecycle and modern engineering toolchains. Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, and cloud development practices. Solid understanding of application resiliency and security principles.

Ability to lead and coach Agile teams and influence engineering standards. Experience working in large-scale, multi-OS, enterprise environments. Preferred Skills: Public cloud experience (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure automation.
