What are we are looking for:

Program Manager to serve as the Government's POC and to provide technical and administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the contract, supervise on-going technical efforts, and manage contract performance. The Program Manager must be on-site at Scott AFB, Illinois, United States

Program Manager responsibilities include interfacing with Government management personnel, staffing of all tasks, formulating, and enforcing work standards, assigning schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.

The Program Manager shall have the following qualifications and demonstrated experience:
• Project Management Professional certification
• Proven expertise in the management and control of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate database, network, and communications subsystems
• Proven skills in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations
• Proven experience in re-prioritizing tasks and resources to meet Government mission requirements
• Experience in the management of cost, performance, and schedules on contracts


It is desired that the Program Manager have the following qualifications and demonstrated experience
• Experience providing technical innovations for a large-scale organization, such the military or other large Government organization. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience in presenting material to senior DoD and non-DoD officials.
• C4 experience in a military headquarters or command center environment
