Integration Program Manager opportunity focused on leading a large, complex, multi-year healthcare integration initiative. This role requires strong Facets expertise along with a proven track record delivering enterprise-level healthcare payer integrations. The right candidate must be able to oversee matrixed work streams and act as a trusted partner to senior executives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the single point of accountability for integration-related workstreams.
  • Driving execution of the integration framework, ensuring progress and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Partnering with executives and functional leaders in a two-in-a-box model to guide operational and government program integration.
